They saved me $4000 on a repair that was quoted by Bommarito Ford, even after I showed them the Ford estimate. Unlike many dealerships, they don't hit you with upfront charges just to diagnose the problem. The customer service is outstanding—Mark Hacker was especially courteous and professional throughout the process. I highly recommend them for any auto repair needs. If you're looking to spend a few hundred extra dollars for a "free" muffin and coffee, then go to a dealer, but if you want honest service and fair pricing, Robinwood is the place to go!
